Missouri Applications
It was announced that Missouri will open the second round of microbusiness (including retail) applications in April.
This is a very exciting market as the state generated about $1.4 billion in retail sales in 2023. That means it has the highest per capita sales in the U.S. at about $225 per resident.
As of December 31, 2023, there were 214 licensed dispensaries in Missouri. That means the average store in Missouri takes in about $6.5 million per year!
Applicants must propose a property when applying, so it’s imperative that interested applicants get a head start on finding the ideal location.
