Redondo Beach will issue 2 retail licenses when the application period opens. Redondo Beach is surrounded by opt-out cities, which means very high revenue potential for stores in this market.

This retail building has 2,400 sq ft of space and is located on a main street with over 32,000 traffic counts. There are 9 parking spaces on the lot plus dozens of flexible spaces around it.

This property is among the best in Redondo Beach due to strict zoning and setbacks regulations, which means there are very limited compliant parcels.

Woodland, CA

The city of Woodland informed us that they plan to start accepting applications for 4 retail licenses in February.

On a busy street with plenty of parking, this 5,000 square foot property makes a fantastic standalone retail location. It is a block away from the mall and numerous big-name national businesses including Walmart, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell. It is also directly across the street from the neighborhood bowling alley.
